This project involved redesigning supply chain workflows for multiple industrial clients across the Kurdistan Region, resulting in significant cost reductions and improved delivery times. Sirat Logistic deployed a dedicated fleet, implemented route optimization systems, and established regional distribution hubs to serve clients more efficiently.

Sirat Farm developed a large-scale corn cultivation project covering 500 dunams on the Erbil plain. The project employed modern irrigation systems, high-yield seed varieties, and mechanized harvesting. Produced corn was processed through Sirat Factory's drying and storage facilities, supplying quality grain to regional food producers and animal feed manufacturers.

Sirat Oilfield secured a comprehensive logistics support contract for oil operations in the Kirkuk area. Services included daily transport of personnel and materials, camp supply logistics, equipment mobilization, and emergency response support. The project demonstrated Sirat Oilfield's capacity to meet the demanding requirements of the energy sector.

Sirat Factory undertook a major capacity expansion project to meet growing demand for processed corn in the Kurdistan Region. New industrial dryers, conveyor systems, and storage silos were installed, doubling the facility's processing capacity. The expansion enables the factory to serve more agricultural clients and reduce post-harvest losses in the region.

Sirat Organization launched a comprehensive youth employment program in partnership with the Kurdistan Regional Government's Ministry of Labor. The 6-month program trained 200 young people in IT skills, English language, business administration, and vocational trades. Graduates received internationally recognized certificates and job placement support, with 70% securing employment within three months of completion.
